【摘要】:1.1ThisEuropeanStandardappliestothedesignandconstructionofmachineryforthesupplyandcirculationofcoatingand/orauxiliarymaterialsunderpressure–inthefollowingcalled"machine"(see3.1).Thecoatingmaterialissuppliedbyairpressureorairless.NOTEMachinescoveredbythisEuropeanStandardmaybelinkedwithe.g.colourmixingmachinery,atomisingandsprayingequipment,sprayboothsandstandsand/orautomatedcoatingmachinery.ThepressurerelatedpartsofthemachinescoveredareclassifiedasnohigherthancategoryIunderarticle9ofthePressureEquipmentDirective97/23/EC.ThisEuropeanStandarddealswiththesignificanthazards,hazardoussituationsandeventsrelevanttothemachineryforthesupplyandcirculationofcoatingand/orauxiliarymaterialsunderpressure,whentheyareusedasintendedandundertheconditionsforeseenbythemanufacturer(seeClause4).Machineryforthesupplyandcirculationofcoatingand/orauxiliarymaterialsunderpressureconsistsofthefollowingequipment:-pumpunits;-pressurevessels;-non-pressurisedcontainers;-interconnectingpipesandhoses-flanges,nozzles,couplings,supports,liftingequipmentetc.;-agitators;-filters;-pulsationdampingdevices;-allsafetydevices(e.g.levelmonitoringequipment);-equipmentforheatingand/orcoolingofthecoatingmaterials.Themachinemaybefixedormobile.1.2ThisEuropeanStandardexcludes:-pressurerelatedhazardsofequipmentclassifiedashigherthancategory1underarticle9ofthePressureEquipmentDirective97/23/EC;-atomisingandsprayingequipmentasdealtwithinEN1953:1998andthesupplyhosesforthisequipment;-atomisingandsprayingequipmentasdealtwithinEN50144-2-7:2001,EN50260-2-7:2002andthesupplyhosesforthisequipment.1.3ThisEuropeanStandarddoesnotapplyto:-processingoffoodstuffsandpharmaceuticals;-designandconstructionofpipesandhoses;-designandconstructionofcoatingpresses(see3.23);-machineryforthesupplyofpowdercoatingmaterial.1.4ThisEuropeanStandardisnotapplicabletomachineryforthesupplyandcirculationofcoatingmaterialsunderpressurewhicharemanufacturedbeforethedateofpublicationofthisdocumentbyCEN.
