【摘要】:ThisPubliclyAvailableSpecificationcoversgeneralhigh-levelsafetyrequirementsforalltypesofautomatedurbanguidedtransitsystemswithindependentself-propelledtrainsoperatingonanexclusiveguideway.ThisPASisnotconcernedwithpre-existingDTOorUTOsystems(fordefinitions,see3.2)thatweredesignedbeforethisPAStookeffect.InthecaseofupgradinganexistingtransitsystemtoaDTOorUTOsystem,therisksassociatedwiththeexistingsystemareoutsidethescopeofthisPAS.However,theriskassessmentprocessdescribedhereinmayberelevant,anditsapplicationisatthediscretionofthesafetyauthorityhavingjurisdiction.InthecaseofextendingormodifyinganexistingDTOorUTOsysteminoperation,thisPASappliesonlyifthechangeissignificantasdeterminedbythesafetyauthorityhavingjurisdiction;buttherisksduetotherelationshipwiththeunchangedpartsofexistingsystems(rollingstock,tractionpowersupply,signalling,platforms)shallbetakenintoaccount.ThisPASdealswithsafetyrequirementsneededtocompensatefortheabsenceofthedriverorattendantstaffwhoaretypicallyresponsiblefortheactivitiesmentionedinTable1.Table1describestherelationshipbetweenthegradeofautomationandbasicsystemfunctions.Therequirements
