【摘要】:Thisspecificationdefinesanelectronicrepresentationthatincludesthevaryinginformationrequiredforbroadexchangeinhealthcarebothtodayandinthefuture.eXtensibleMarkupLanguage(XML)isaconvergenceofdataprocessing,communication,andpublishingtechnology.XMLisaplatform,vendor,andapplicationindependenttechnologyfordescribingdocumentcontentandstructureintagsorelements.ThenamesofthetagsandtherulesforusingthemarecontainedintheDocumentTypeDefinition(DTD).TheDTDdescribesthestructureofthedocumentanddefinesthenamesoftagsitcontains.AdditionallytheDTDdeclarestheorderinwhichthetagsoccurandhowoftenthetagscanappear;thatis,theDTDdefinesthehierarchyofthetags.ADTDforaprescriptionmightcontainstructuralelementsforthemedicationprescribedmedication,thedosagedosage,theformform,thequantityquantity,andsoforth.ThisspecificationisintheformofasetofstandardXMLDTDsthatmatchtheelectronicdocumentrequirementsinthehealthcareindustry.ThisspecificationreferstoandmakesuseofrecommendationsfromtheWorldWideWebconsortium,theW3C(http://www.w3.org).Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatoryrequirementspriortouse
