【摘要】:ThispartofIEC60317specifiesrequirementsofglass-fibrewoundresinorvarnishimpregnated,bare,grade1orgrade2enamelledroundcopperwindingwire,temperatureindex155.Theimpregnatingagentcanbe,forinstance,polyesterorpolyesterimideresinbased.NOTEForthistypeofwire,theheatshocktestisinappropriateandthereforeaheatshocktemperaturecannotbeestablished.Consequently,aclassbasedontherequirementsfortemperatureindexandheatshocktemperaturecannotbespecified.Theenamelledwireshallbebasedononeofthefollowingstandards:IEC60317-3,IEC60317-8orIEC60317-13,andagreedbetweenpurchaserandsupplier.Thetemperatureindexofthewireisdependentuponthetypeofimpregnatingagentused.Theimpregnatingagentappliedtotheglass-fibreshouldhaveaminimumtemperatureindexof155.Theglass-fibrecoveringmaybea)asinglelayerofglass-fibre;b)adoublelayerofglass-fibre,withonelayerappliedinthedirectionoppositetothatoftheotherlayer.Therangeofnominalconductordiameterscoveredbythisstandardisthefollowing:-forbarecoveredwires(gradeG2):0,500mmuptoandincluding5,000mm;-forgrade1enamelledwires(grades1G1and1G2):0,500mmuptoandincluding1,600mm;-forgrade2enamelledwires(grades2G1and2G2):0,500mmuptoandincluding5,000mm.Thenominalconductordiametersarespecifiedinclause4ofIEC60317-0-6.
