【摘要】:Thistestmethodcanbeusedtodeterminetheappearanceofpropagatingfracturesinplaincarbonorlow-alloypipesteels(yieldstrengthslessthan825MPa)overthetemperaturerangewherethefracturemodechangesfrombrittle(cleavageorflat)toductile(shearoroblique).Thistestmethodcanservethefollowingpurposes:Forresearchanddevelopment,tostudytheeffectofmetallurgicalvariablessuchascompositionorheattreatment,oroffabricatingoperationssuchasweldingorformingonthemodeoffracturepropagation.Forevaluationofmaterialsforservicetoindicatethesuitabilityofamaterialforspecificapplicationsbyindicatingfracturepropagationbehaviorattheservicetemperature(s).Forinformationorspecificationpurposes,toprovideamanufacturingqualitycontrolonlywhensuitablecorrelationshavebeenestablishedwithservicebehavior.1.1Thistestmethodcoversdrop-weightteartests(DWTT)onferriticsteelswiththicknessesbetween3.18and19.1mm.1.2ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasstandard.Nootherunitsofmeasurementareincludedinthisstandard.1.3Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.

【摘要】:ThispartofIEC60519specifiesthegeneralsafetyrequirementsapplicabletoindustrialelectroheatinginstallations.IncasetheserequirementsdifferfromthoseofotherIECpublications,anequivalentdegreeofsafetyisensured.Therequirementsapplytoindustrialinstallations,intendedforelectroheatingandelectroheatbasedtreatmenttechnologies,withthepossibleuseofthefollowingequipment:–equipmentfordirectandindirectresistanceheating;–equipmentforelectricresistancetraceheating;–equipmentforinductionheating;–equipmentusingtheeffectofEMforcesonliquidmetals;–equipmentforarcheating,includingsubmergedarcheating;–equipmentforelectroslagremelting;–equipmentforplasmaheating;–equipmentformicrowaveheating;–equipmentfordielectricheating;–equipmentforelectronbeamheating;–equipmentforlaserheating;–equipmentforinfraredradiationheating.Thisstandardisnotapplicableforheatingappliancesforhousehold(e.g.electriccooking),laboratoryormedicalapplicationsorforweldingequipment,ifcoveredbyotherparticularstandards,nordoesitapplytoanykindofspaceheating.Thisstandardreferstonormaloperationofindustrialelectroheatinginstallations.Itisintendedtoensurethesafetyofpersonsalsointhecaseofabnormaloperationandwhenfaultsoccurinelectroheatinginstallations.Thisstandardpresumesthattheinstallationsareoperatedandmaintainedonlybypersonnelconsistingofinstructedorskilledpersons,respectively.Theobjectofthisstandardistospecifythegeneralsafetyrequirementsforelectroheatinginstallations.Thesesafetyrequirementsconcerntheprotectionofpersonsandtheenvironmentagainstdangersofelectricaloriginandalsoagainstcertaindangersofnonelectricalorigin,commontoalltypesofequipmentandinstallations.
