【摘要】:ThisTechnicalReportspecifiesamethodforthedeterminationofthecontentofsiliconinsteelbymeansofinductivelycoupledplasmaemissionspectrometry.Thismethodisapplicabletosiliconcontentsofmassfraction0,02%to5%.Themethodusesacalibrationbasedonaveryclosematrixmatchingofthecalibrationsolutionstothesampleandclosebracketingofthecontentsaroundtheapproximateconcentrationofsiliconinthesampletobeanalysed.Theconcentrationsofallelementsinthesamplehas,therefore,tobeapproximatelyknown.Iftheconcentrationsarenotknownthesamplehastobeanalysedbysomesemi-quantitativemethod.Theadvantagewiththisprocedureisthatallpossibleinterferencesfromthematrixwillbeautomaticallycompensated,whichwillresultinhighaccuracy.Thisismostimportantforspectralinterferences,whichcanbesevereinveryhighalloys.However,allpossibleinterferenceshavetobekepttoaminimum.Thereforeitisessentialthatthespectrometerused,meettheperformancecriteriaspecifiedinthemethodfortheselectedanalyticallines.
