【摘要】:1Scope:ThisclauseofPart1isreplacedbythefollowing:1.1ThispartofIEC60730appliestothepartialevaluationofthermalmotorprotectors,asdefinedinIEC60730-1,forhouseholdandsimilaruse,includingheating,airconditioningandsimilarapplications.Athermalmotorprotectorisanintegratedcontrolwhichisdependentonitscorrectmountingandfixinginoronamotorandwhichcanonlybefullytestedincombinationwiththerelevantmotor.RequirementsconcerningthetestingofthecombinationofmotorandthermalmotorprotectoraregiveninannexaaforinformationandincluderequirementstakenfromotherIECstandards.ThispartofIEC60730appliestothermalmotorprotectorsusingthermistors(NTC,PTC),additionalrequirementsforwhicharecontainedinannexJofpart1.1.1.1Thisstandardappliestotheinherentsafety,totheoperatingvalues,operatingtimesandoperatingsequenceswheresuchareassociatedwithequipmentsafetyandtothetestingofthermalmotorprotectorsusedinoronhouseholdorsimilarequipment.ThisstandardisalsoapplicabletothermalmotorprotectorsforapplianceswithinthescopeofIEC60335-1.Throughoutthisstandard,theword"equipment"means"applianceandequipment".Throughoutthisstandard,thewords"notapplicable"meanthatthetestisnotapplicabletotheevaluationofthethermalmotorprotectorsubmittedseparately.However,thetestmaybeapplicabletotheevaluationofthethermalmotorprotectorincombinationwiththemotor.Thermalmotorprotectorsforequipmentnotintendedfornormalhouseholduse,butwhichneverthelessmaybeusedbythepublic,suchasequipmentintendedtobeusedbylaymeninshops,inlightindustryandonfarms,arewithinthescopeofthisstandard.Thisstandarddoesnotapplytothermalmotorprotectorsdesignedexclusivelyforindustrialapplications.1.1.1Addition:1.1.101DV.1IntheU.S.A,thisstandardappliestothermalmotorprotectorsdesignedforhousehold,commercial,orindustrialuse.1.1.2Thisstandarddoesnotapplytoothermeansofmotorprotection.1.1.3Thisstandarddoesnotapplytoamanualdeviceforopeningthecircuit.1.1.4Thisstandarddoesnotapplytothermalmotorprotectorsforhermeticorsemi-hermeticmotorcompressors.NOTE:Forsuchdevices,IEC60730-2-4isapplicable.IEC60730-2-4:2001,Automaticelectricalcontrolsforhouseholdandsimilaruse.Part2:Particularrequirementsforthermalmotorprotectorsformotor-compressorsofhermeticandsemi-hermetictype1.1.4Addition:1.1.102DV.1Thisstandarddoesnotapplytoamotorprotectorthecontactsofwhichcontrolarelaycoilinamotorstarter.1.1.102DV.2Thisstandarddoesnotapplytothermalprotectorsincorporatingameltingalloyorotherfusibleelement.1.2Thisstandardappliestothermalmotorprotectorsforusewithelectricmotorswitharatedvoltageequaltoorlessthan660Vandaratedoutputof11kWorless.1.5Normativereferences:Thissubclauseofpart1isapplicable.
